How we Treat
The patient undergoes an initial evaluation to assess limitations, therapy goals, and their prognosis. Following the evaluation, a regular visit can consist of manual therapy addressing pain, strength, and biomechanics to obtain a strong baseline, and then progress to correct movement and postural patterns to prevent re-injury.
